Chase, Sears Canada Finalize Credit Card Business Purchase; Private Label, Co-Branded Card Programs Include 10 Million Accounts; Chase Acquires Locations In Canada

Under the ongoing arrangement, Sears Canada and Chase willcontinue to offer private-label and co-branded credit cards to bothnew and existing customers. Chase expects the transaction to beaccretive to earnings in 2006.
