    NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2005--The Board of Directors of Citibank, N.A. declared dividends on Citibank, N.A. preferred stock as follows:

--	Series A, payable March 15, 2005, to holders of record on March 4, 2005. Holders will be paid at the rate of $1.585 for each share held.
--	Series B, payable March 15, 2005, to holders of record on March 4, 2005. Holders will be paid at the rate of $1.6275 for each share held.
