Wan Ling Martello Named Chief Financial Officer, Wal-Mart International
BENTONVILLE, Ark., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. , has named Wan Ling Martello as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for its international operations.
Martello, who will join the company at its Arkansas headquarters November 14, has been President, U.S.A., of NCH Marketing Services, Inc., a provider of promotional management solutions to manufacturers, merchandisers and retailers of consumer products in several countries around the world. She had been the company's Chief Operating Officer from 1999-2004 and its Chief Financial Officer from 1998-1999.
Prior to NCH, Martello was Corporate Controller for Borden Foods when owned by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. She also served for 10 years in various financial positions for Kraft Foods.
Wal-Mart International recorded sales of $56.3 billion last year and operates in 15 markets outside the United States.
