NOVA Appoints Stuart Harvey President of NOVA Information Systems and Chairman of euroConex

NOVA Information Systems (NOVA) has appointed Stuart C.Harvey, Jr. to the position of president of NOVA and chairman ofeuroConex Technologies Ltd., NOVA's European affiliate. Harvey will beresponsible for driving the company's global merchant acquiringbusiness. He joined NOVA in April 2003 and, based in Dublin, Ireland,led the company's international expansion, directing all businessdevelopment and merger and acquisition initiatives for euroConex.

"Stuart embodies the core values of our organization and histireless energy has helped propel NOVA to its current position in theglobal merchant acquiring space," said Pamela Joseph, chief executiveofficer of NOVA Information Systems. "During his years at NOVA, Stuarthas demonstrated strong leadership skills, a tenacious work ethic, andthe ability to achieve success for our organization."

Harvey and his family have relocated to Atlanta. Prior to joiningNOVA, Harvey was a managing director with the investment banking firmof Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis. He is a graduate of Saint John'sUniversity in Minnesota, earned a law degree from The National LawCenter at The George Washington University and an MBA from The J.L.Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
