What: All U.S. Best Buy stores will open two hours early for the release of the new Sony PSP Handheld Entertainment System.

Customers are encouraged to arrive at stores early as Best Buy plans to issue tickets to customers waiting in line to purchase a PSP. Quantities are limited and pre-orders will not be available for the PSP release.

PSP is a new handheld entertainment system that allows users to play games, video, and music.

When: Thurs., March 24 at 8 a.m.

Where: Best Buy stores nationwide

Media TV crews and photographers welcome Access: For the morning of March 24 only, Best Buy is instituting a manager-approval media policy, meaning reporters can work directly with their local store to cover the PSP release. Contact your local store manager for more information

    Best Buy customer specialists are available to answer questions about product availability, accessories and ways to maximize the experience with the new PSP.
