CompuCom Systems, Inc. -- Moody's downgrades CompuCom Systems to B3, outlook remains negative

New York, September 11, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") downgraded CompuCom Systems, Inc.'s ("CompuCom") Corporate Family Rating ("CFR") to B3 from B2 and downgraded the company's Probability of Default rating to B3-PD from B2-PD. Moody's also downgraded the ratings of the company's senior secured bank facility and senior unsecured notes to B2 and Caa2, respectively. The ratings downgrade was driven by sustained weakening in operating performance and resulting increase in debt leverage that the company has experienced in recent quarters since Moody's outlook revision to negative from stable in September 2014. The outlook remains negative.
