VF Imagewear Completes Acquisition of Holoubek, Licensee of Harley-Dav

    NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 2005--VF Imagewear, a division of VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the assets of Holoubek, Inc. With sales in excess of $40 million, Wisconsin-based Holoubek has been an apparel licensee of Harley-Davidson, Motor Company for over 20 years. Products include t-shirts, fleece and other casual apparel products, which are sold exclusively in Harley-Davidson dealerships around the country. Terms were not disclosed.
