Kodak Board Names Jackman and Marsh as Vice Presidents

    ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2005--Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) announced today that its board of directors has elected Michael W. Jackman and Michael L. Marsh as Vice Presidents of the company, effective immediately.
    Michael Jackman, 46, is General Manager of Healthcare Information Systems. He joined Kodak in 2003 to lead global research and development operations for the company's Health Group. Prior to joining Kodak, he was founder and CEO of a consulting firm, which specialized in technology development and strategy for companies in the wireless, IP telephony, security and software infrastructure areas.
    Jackman has held top marketing, sales and development positions at various technology companies. During a successful 18-year career at IBM, he held several senior management positions, including Vice President, Systems and Technology. In this capacity, he was responsible for integrated product solutions, technology strategy, strategic alliances, engineering services and licensing activity. He also led worldwide business operations and product management for IBM's ThinkPad line and served as Technology Advisor to IBM's Chairman and CEO.
    Jackman earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an M.B.A. from Nova University.
    Michael Marsh, 47, is General Manager, Digital Output, in Kodak's Health Group. Prior to assuming his current position, Marsh served as General Manager of the Capture business within the company's Commercial Imaging Group. Marsh was named to that position in 2000, after serving for two years as Assistant to the Chairman and President of Kodak.
    Before joining Kodak, Marsh was an Associate Attorney at Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle from 1989 to 1993, and a Special Assistant District Attorney in Monroe County, New York, from 1982 to 1989.
    He has also served on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Rochester and is a member of Kodak's African-American Leadership Team and Network North Star, the company's employee network for African-Americans.
    Marsh has a B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York and a J.D. from The Cornell Law School.
