Interstate Connections Signs Agreement With Cingular Wireless; Cingular Leverages Interstate Connections to Reach Professional Truck Drivers

Cingular joins other leading companies targeting the professional truck drivers via Interstate Connections locations. Interstate Connections will provide Cingular direct access to approximately 3.5 million new wireless subscribers in this $46 billion growing industry. Interstate Connections' retail outlets are located in Travel Centers of America and Petro Shopping Centers across the US.

Interstate Connections will sell Cingular's complete selection of handsets and rate plans, including Rollover(SM), allowing Cingular customers to keep their unused monthly minutes, and ALLOVER(SM), enabling customers to make calls on the country's largest digital voice and data network.
