Flight Options Brings Safety to a Higher Plane; First Fractional to Participate in FAA ASAP Program

Flight Options, LLC, a leading provider of fractionalshares in business aircraft and a Raytheon Company (NYSE:RTN),announced today that the company has become the first fractionalaircraft operator approved by the Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) to participate in an Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP).

The goal of the program is to enhance aviation safety byencouraging flight crews to voluntarily report critical safetyinformation, helping to proactively identify and correct hazards. ASAPwas previously approved only for commercial airlines. On Monday, March27th, company leaders met with FAA personnel at the Rochester FlightStandards District Office to finalize and officially launch the newprogram.
