Clear Channel to Present at Citigroup Entertainment, Media and Telecommunications Conference

Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (NYSE:CCU) and ClearChannel Outdoor (NYSE:CCO) announced today that Randall Mays,Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Paul Meyer,Global President of Clear Channel Outdoor, are scheduled to present atthe Citigroup Entertainment, Media and Telecommunications Conferencewhich will be held at the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix, Ariz.The presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at 3:10p.m. Mountain Time (5:10 p.m. Eastern Time).
