Moody's: Ratings of six CLO transactions unaffected by change of Collateral Manager

London, 08 July 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that six European cash-flow CLOs' (the "Issuers" listed below), entry into Assignments (by way of Novation Deeds) between, and amongst others, the Issuers, BNP Paribas (the "Current Investment Manager"), BNP Paribas Asset Management (the "Successor Investment Manager") and Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (the "Trustee") dated as of 04 July 2014 and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not, in and of itself, and at this time cause the current Moody's ratings of the Notes issued by the Issuers to be reduced or withdrawn.
