New York, October 19, 2015 -- Carrying massive debt loads, AT&T Inc. (Baa1 negative) and Verizon Communications Inc. (Baa1 stable) could come under pressure if interest rates and taxes rise, and margins deteriorate from continued industry competition, says Moody's Investors Service.
