Moody's: AyT Cedulas Cajas Global ratings unaffected by guarantee agreement with EIF
London, 10 January 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that AyT Cedulas Cajas Global FTA 's (the "Issuer") entry into a guarantee agreement with the European Investment Fund (EIF, rated Aaa) on 9 January 2013 (the "Guarantee") and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not in and of itself and at this time cause the current Moody's ratings of the Notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced or withdrawn. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the amendment could have other, non credit-related effects.
