Findus Pledgeco -- Moody's withdraws Findus' senior notes ratings; places the remaining ratings under review for downgrade
London, 03 November 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today withdrawn the B3 rating on GBP410 million equivalent senior secured notes ("SSN") due 2018 issued by Findus Bondco S.A. Moody's has also placed under review for downgrade a corporate family rating (CFR) of B3 and probability of default rating (PDR) of B3-PD of Findus Pledgeco, the parent holding company of Findus group ("Findus" or "the company").
