New York, December 18, 2012 -- Moody's has affirmed Atlantic City's (NJ) Baa1 underlying general obligation rating, affecting $248 million of outstanding general obligation and city-guaranteed bonds. The outlook remains negative. The outstanding debt is secured by the city's unlimited general obligation tax pledge.
