Univision Promotes George Ray Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Western Region and Adam Wolf to Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Eastern Region

    MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 2005--Univision Communications Inc. (NYSE:UVN), the nation's leading Spanish-language media company, today announced that George Ray has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Western Region and Adam Wolf has been named Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Eastern Region. Both will be responsible for marketing and business development for all of the Univision/TeleFutura owned-and-operated, affiliate and Puerto Rico stations and will report to Charlie Stuart, Senior Vice President, National Sales, Univision Television Group. Ray will be based in Los Angeles and Wolf will be based in New York.

    Since 1998, Ray served as Senior Account Executive, National Sales, for Univision Television Group in Los Angeles. Before joining Univision, Ray served as National Sales Manager at Fox Sports West and as Divisional Sales Manager and Account Executive at Time Inc. in Boston and Los Angeles. Prior to the media industry, Ray worked in pharmaceutical sales in South Africa, Australia, Hong Kong and England. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
    For the past five years, Wolf served as Senior Account Executive, National Sales, in New York. Prior to joining Univision, Adam worked as Account Executive for Fox Television Sales. Previously he was National Sales Manager at Sports Channel where he developed and sold unwired Networks for the NBA, MLB and NHL to agencies and clients. Adam got his start in the media business as Account Executive at Cablevision in Fairfield County, CT. Adam holds a Masters degree in Corporate Political Communication from Fairfield University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ohio Wesleyan.
