The Bank of New York Named Top International Trustee

The Bank of New York, a global leader in securitiesservicing, has been named the number one trustee for all internationalbond issues for the third quarter of 2005 by Thomson Financial, aleading provider of financial technology and information. This is theBank's third consecutive quarter in the top international position.

The Bank also received number one international rankings ininvestment grade bonds (excluding medium term takedowns), high yieldbonds, structured finance issues, and emerging market issues. Inaddition, the Bank moved up to the number two position for CDOs.
