Statement by FPL Group Chairman and CEO Lew Hay on Chairman Boxer’s Principles for Climate Change Legislation

Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, today released a set of principles for climate change legislation.
