    MARYVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2005--Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE:RI), will be presenting at two upcoming conferences. The company's Chairman and CEO, Sandy Beall will present at the Raymond James 26th Annual Institutional Investors Conference to be held in Orlando, Florida on Monday, March 7, 2005, at 9:50 a.m. Mr. Beall will also make a presentation at the Bear Stearns 11th Annual Retail, Restaurant and Apparel Conference to be held in New York City on Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at 1:30 p.m. A live webcast of both presentations will be available on the Investor Relations section of the company's website: www.rubytuesday.com. The archived presentations will be available for one week following each presentation.
    The company will release third quarter results after the market closes on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, and will hold a conference call on Thursday, March 31, 2005, 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
