Matthew Roux to Join Deutsche Bank's Global Prime Services Team

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. today announced thatMatthew Roux will join as a Director in its Global Prime Servicesgroup within the Global Markets Division. Roux will join Deutsche Bankfrom Citadel Investment Group where he was a Vice President in theGlobal Portfolio Finance group and will be based in New York. He willbe responsible for securities lending within Global Prime Services'Hedge Fund Demand Group, reporting to Ed Connelly, Director and Headof the Hedge Fund Demand Group, which sources equities for primebrokerage clients.

"The ability to attract key talent from market-leadingorganizations like Citadel Investment Group underscores the progresswe have made with our prime services business," said Paul Busby,Director and Head of Securities Lending in New York. "I am thrilled toadd Matthew to our team and am confident that his experience willprove invaluable to us as we continue to expand and strengthen oursecurities lending capabilities."

Recently, Mark Haas was appointed Head of Prime Services in theAmericas in addition to his role as Global Head of Prime Brokerage.Additionally, Anthony Byrne was appointed Head of Securities Lendingand European Head of Prime Services earlier this year.

Roux earned a BA in Economics from Lafayette College in Easton,Pennsylvania.
