LP Completes Sale of Gwinn, Michigan Lumber Mill

    NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2005--Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) (NYSE: LPX) announced today that it has completed the sale of its sawmill located in Gwinn, Mich., to Potlatch Corporation. The plant, which LP purchased from Sawyer Lumber Company in 2000, manufactures jack/red pine studs. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
