Business Editors
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2005--
The Builder's Circle(sm) today announced that it has formed a new marketing partnership with IndyMac Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: NDE) ("IndyMac"), the holding company for IndyMac Bank(R) and one of the leading home construction lenders in the country. The Builder's Circle is the residential building industry's only multi-manufacturer loyalty program designed exclusively for small- to medium-size homebuilders and remodelers. As part of the partnership, IndyMac Bank will lend its powerful brand and reach into the homebuilding sector to help grow The Builder's Circle membership to enable more homebuilders to benefit from The Builder's Circle's unique points-based loyalty program. Eager to offer its market-leading home construction financial products and services to the custom homebuilding and remodeling industry, IndyMac Bank will benefit by accessing marketing channels that The Builder's Circle has opened up through its Home Builder Association (HBA) Partner Program.
"Blending IndyMac's brand value, resources, and market presence with the strengths and values of The Builder's Circle is a natural fit for both parties," said Tim Landwehr, First Vice President of IndyMac Bank Home Construction Lending. "In just one year, The Builder's Circle program has seen impressive growth with builders and remodelers, especially with its HBA Partner Program, and we look forward to helping optimize and grow these relationships. Our regional marketing efforts complement The Builder's Circle approach to preserve local buying and business relationships. IndyMac is also delighted to be able to present The Builder's Circle to thousands of our clients and new customers across the country."
"The Builder's Circle program and members will both immediately benefit from our new partnership with IndyMac Bank," said Scott May, General Manager of The Builder's Circle. "IndyMac Bank greatly enhances our ability to promote our free loyalty program broadly across the country, directly and through our new HBA Partner Program. Our members benefit by continuing to purchase brands they already use from their local suppliers, and our many manufacturing sponsors benefit through increased exposure of The Builder's Circle program to thousands more builders and contractors. Now we have more resources to attract new members and new sponsors to our one-of-a-kind loyalty program. IndyMac is a perfect match for The Builder's Circle."
The Builder's Circle rewards loyalty to its 34 brands and to the local distributors and dealers who carry those brands. The Builder's Circle rewards members with points that can be redeemed any time for thousands of travel and brand name merchandise options through The Builder's Circle's extensive rewards catalog.
