HMA Selects IntelliDOT Corporation's Handheld Bedside Scanning Technology for 55 HMA Hospitals Nationwide

HMA is a premier operatorof acute care hospitals in non-urban communities and is one of thelargest healthcare systems in the United States.

In the just-issued report from the Institute of Medicine (IOM),"Preventing Medication Errors: Quality Chasm Series," researchersfound that medication errors lead to more than 1.5 million preventableinjuries each year.
