FMC Corporation Appoints New Director of Investor Relations

PHILADELPHIA, April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FMC Corporation today announced that Brennen Arndt will succeed Eric Norris as Director, Investor Relations. Norris has been appointed to the position of Director, Corporate Development. The transition will occur during the second quarter.

Arndt has 20 years of experience in the chemical industry and 10 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications. He served in a range of business, strategic and financial roles for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., including Director, Investor Relations and Director, Corporation Communications. Most recently, he held the position of Director, Investor and Corporate Relations at GMP Companies, Inc. Arndt holds a B.S. in Engineering and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
