Markus Pech replacing Peter Schuetzenberger

Wessling, March 1, 2016 - At Mensch und Maschine Software SE (MUM - ISIN DE0006580806), a CAD/CAM specialist company, Markus Pech as of March 1, 2016 is replacing Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Peter Schuetzenberger, who has reached retirement age.

Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) Markus Pech (age 42) has worked in the M+M Group since 2003 as deputy CFO, responsible for accounting and controlling. After March 1, 2016, he will be member of the Board of Managing Directors ("Geschäftsführendes Direktorium") together with M+M's Major Shareholder and Chairman of the Administrative Board ("Verwaltungsrat") Adi Drotleff (CEO) and Christoph Aschenbrenner (COO). The Board of Managing Directors in the "monistic" M+M SE (Societas Europaea) is equivalent to the "Vorstand" of an AG ("Aktiengesellschaft") according to German law.

Adi Drotleff warmly thanked his long standing companion Peter Schuetzenberger: 'After nearly 25 joint years I am looking back with great joy, thanking Peter for the always solid management of M+M's Finance. When he started in fall 1991, M+M was a local German "Mittelstand" firm with nearly 20 Million Euro sales and approx. 50 employees. During the rapid development since - including Internationalization, IPO and a multiplication of the business volume - Peter always led his responsibilities calmly and safely. Therefore I am very happy with his agreement to work part time for M+M finance during his well-deserved retirement.'
