Luxemburg, 10 January 2016 - ADO Properties S.A. (the "Company") has been asked by its largest shareholder ADO Group Ltd., who is currently in the process of a tender offer for the shares of ADO Group Ltd., to provide an update on the valuation of its assets at the end of December 2015. The company is informing its shareholders that it has received a preliminary indication (not finalized and not binding, and therefore on a non-reliance basis) from CBRE, according to which its real estate investment properties that were valued at the end of the first quarter of 2015 at approximately 1.2 billion Euro, are estimated to be valued at the end of December 2015 at approximately 1.3 billion Euro. As a result, the Company's total real estate value as of 31 December 2015 (including real estate assets held for sale and real estate investment properties that were purchased by the Company during the last quarter of 2015), are estimated to be valued at approximately 1.5 billion Euro.
