Del Webb Ranks Highest in Customer Satisfaction in Inland Empire for Second Year in a Row, as Reported by J.D. Power and Associates®

Del Webb has received the highest ranking for customer satisfaction in the Inland Empire market for the second year in a row, according to the results announced today for the 2009 J.D. Power and Associates® New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study^SM.

Pulte brands, which include Pulte Homes, Del Webb, Centex, Fox & Jacobs and DiVosta, were surveyed in 22 of the 24 markets covered in the 2009 study. Pulte Homes operations garnered 13 top rankings in customer satisfaction, and were ranked No. 2 in three markets and No. 3 in five markets. Pulte Homes operations ranked among the top three builders in 18 of the 22 markets in which they were surveyed for customer satisfaction in 2009—the highest of any homebuilder.

For its 2009 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study^SM, J.D. Power and Associates® focused on individuals that purchased a new single-family detached or attached home during 2008. Qualifying builders in each market had to have a minimum of 150 home closings in the prior year and a minimum of 50 returned questionnaires.
