Centex Homes Ranks Highest in Customer Satisfaction According to Independent Study

CHANTILLY, Va., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Centex Homes ranks highest in customer satisfaction in the D.C. metro market, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2005 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study(SM) released today.

The study measures the satisfaction levels of buyers of newly constructed single-family homes who provided feedback to J.D. Power and Associates after living in their homes from four to 18 months.

Centex Homes' operations in the D.C. region performed particularly well according to the 10 factors that home buyers were asked about in the J.D. Power and Associates study:
