Bank of America Corporation today informed its securities holders that it has filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on January 15, 2014, announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. Fourth quarter net income was $3.4 billion, or $0.29 per diluted share. For the year ended December 31, 2013, net income was $11.4 billion, or $0.90 per diluted share.
