Arcadis Nominates Deanna Goodwin to its Supervisory Board

(February 29, 2016) Arcadis (Euronext: ARCAD), the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets, today announced that Ms. Deanna Goodwin has accepted a nomination for appointment to the company's Supervisory Board. The appointment, for a four year term, will be put before shareholders at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders in April 2016. With this appointment, Arcadis will fill the Supervisory Board position left with the sad passing of Mr. A. Perez on January 17th this year.

Ms. Goodwin is currently President North America for TECHNIP. Ms. Goodwin joined TECHNIP in 2007 as the CFO of the North America region. After successfully leading the integration of Global Industries, a $1.3 billion acquisition in 2011, she subsequently moved into a COO role with responsibility for the North America Offshore segment, overseeing engineering, project management and fabrication. In December 2013, she was promoted to her current role which includes responsibility for TECHNIP in the US and additional responsibilities for Venezuela, Mexico and Finland, where TECHNIP has a fabrication yard.

Ms. Goodwin started her career as an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse in Calgary. She then joined VERITAS DCG in 1993 where she held several management roles in operations and sales, including leading the Global Land Acquisition business unit. Ms. Goodwin holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from The University of Calgary.
