London, 03 June 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a (P)A1 Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) senior debt rating to Zurich Holding Company of America, Inc. (ZHCA). The rating action follows Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (ZIC)'s update of its USD18 billion EMTN programme, and the addition of ZHCA as an issuer under this programme. Moody's also assigned a (P)A2 rating to the subordinated debts and a (P)A3/(P)Baa1 EMTN rating to the capital notes which can be issued by ZHCA under the programme.
