Via Solutions Nord GmbH & Co. KG -- Moody's assigns definitive A3 rating to German A7 PPP Via Solutions Nord GmbH; stable outlook

London, 05 September 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive A3 rating to the EUR429 million 2.957% senior secured amortising bonds due 2043 (the Bonds), issued by Via Solutions Nord GmbH & Co. KG (Via Solutions). The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to fund (in part) the extension of a 65km stretch of the A7 motorway north of Hamburg in Germany from 4 to 6 and 8 lanes and the construction of a noise enclosure tunnel along the route, as well as the operation and maintenance of a 59km stretch of the extended road. The rating outlook is stable.
