Universal Health Services, Inc. -- Moody's changes Universal Health's outlook to positive; Ba2 CFR affirmed
New York, October 03, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service revised the rating outlook for Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) to positive from stable. Concurrently, Moody's affirmed the existing ratings of the company, including the Ba2 Corporate Family Rating and Ba2-PD Probability of Default Rating. Finally, Moody's assigned a Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating of SGL-2 and assigned ratings to UHS' new tranches of term loan A and revolver that were established in the company's second amendment of its credit facility.
