Renaissance Kaznachei (Russia) -- Moody's withdraws ratings of Russia's Renaissance Financial Holding Limited

London, 28 January 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn Renaissance Financial Holding Limited's B3 long-term and Not-Prime short-term foreign- and local-currency issuer ratings. At the time of the withdrawal all the issuer's long-term issuer ratings carried a negative outlook. Concurrently, Moody's has withdrawn the B3, provisional (P)B3 and (P)Not-Prime backed debt ratings of Renaissance Securities Trading Limited and Renaissance Kaznachei (Russia) secured by an explicit and irrevocable guarantee issued by Renaissance Financial Holding Limited.
