New York, July 19, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has removed the ratings on the Senior Unsecured JPY 11.122 billion Euro Medium-Term Notes due May 10, 2023 (ISIN XS1412738418) and Senior Unsecured JPY 671 million Euro Medium-Term Notes due April 07, 2036 (ISIN XS1336085755) issued by Morgan Stanley. Due to an internal administrative error, these debts were assigned A3 ratings on June 27, 2016. Moody's does not rate these debts.
