Moody's updates on two Siena transactions following the recent Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch downgrade
London, 12 December 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the proposal to retain Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch ("the Bank") in its role as issuer account bank, including the roles of Italian and English Account Bank, and Principal Paying Agent following the recent downgrade of the Bank's long-term rating to A3 and its short-term rating to (P)P-2, will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued by Siena Mortgages 10-7 S.r.l. and Siena Mortgages 09-6 S.r.l. ("the Issuers").
