Moody's updates on Auburn Securities 4 PLC and Auburn Securities 5 PLC

Madrid, September 30, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the proposal to replace Barclays Bank Plc by Citibank N.A., London branch as new transaction account and reserve account provider (the "Proposal"), will not, in and of itself at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued by Auburn Securities 4 PLC and Auburn Securities 5 PLC.
