Moody's sees no negative ratings impact on PHH-sponsored fleet lease securitizations due to certain amendments
New York, August 14, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) stated today that at this time, certain amendments to the transaction documents for Chesapeake Funding LLC (Issuer) will not, in and of themselves, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current credit ratings on the securities issued by the Issuer relating to certain series of notes.
