Moody's: No rating impact on Denizbank's SME covered bonds following proposed amendment

Madrid, March 23, 2016 -- Moody's announced today that the proposal of Denizbank A.S. ("Denizbank" or the "issuer") to amend the trigger for one of the programme's Non-Performance Events (the "NPE") would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to Denizbank's SME covered bonds, which remain on review for downgrade.
