Moody's: No negative rating impact on RASPRO aircraft lease ABS from amendment

New York, August 10, 2015 -- Moody's announced today that the execution of the second amendment to the intercreditor agreement (the Amendment) for the issuance of a replacement supplemental rental facility (SRF) provided by Standard Chartered Bank, New York Branch (SC NY), together with SRF guaranty, provided by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (SC HK, senior unsecured Aa3/ baseline credit assessment a1) would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the underlying rating currently assigned to the Class G Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-1 ("Class G Certificates") issued by RASPRO Class G Pass Through Trust 2005-1 (the underlying rating being the rating of the security without any consideration for the related Insurance Policy issued by MBIA Insurance Corporation), the Preferred Equity Amount due from RASPRO Trust 2005 ("RASPRO"), and the Class B Notes issued by RASPRO Trust 2005 Class G Certificates, Class B Notes.
