Moody's: No negative rating impact on Navient student loan notes due to swap amendments
New York, August 05, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") has determined that the execution on July 28, 2015 of the amendments to the swap agreements would not, in and of themselves at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes issued by the following Navient trusts:
