Libbey Glass Inc. -- Moody's says that Libbey's shareholder-friendly capital allocation plan is a credit negative; no impact on ratings or outlook

New York, January 26, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service said that Libbey Glass Inc.'s ("Libbey", B1 stable) announcement of a dividend initiation, increased share repurchase program and increased interest in leveraging acquisitions at its recent Investor Day is a credit negative but has no impact of the company's ratings or outlook.
