L Brands, Inc. -- Moody's assigns Ba1 rating to L Brands' senior unsecured guaranteed notes offering
New York, October 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today assigned a Ba1 rating to L Brands, Inc.'s ("L Brands") proposed offering of $400mm senior unsecured guaranteed notes. The Ba1 rating on the company's existing senior unsecured guaranteed notes and Ba2 rating on its existing senior unsecured unguaranteed notes are unchanged. The rating outlook remains stable.
