New York, October 03, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service today said that The Container Store, Inc.'s ("Container Store") September 30, 2013 announcement that it intends to pursue a public equity offering, is a credit positive. The company's B3 Corporate Family Rating and stable outlook are currently unaffected.
