Banco Santander Rio S.A. -- Moody's assigns a Aaa.ar debt rating to Banco Santander Rio S.A.'s new debt issuance
Buenos Aires City, September 08, 2015 -- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. assigned today a B1 global local currency senior debt rating and a Aaa.ar national scale debt rating to Banco Santander Rio S.A.'s (Santander Rio) eighth expected issuance of up to ARS 500 million, which will be due in 12 months, and to the ninth expected issuance up to ARS 500 million, which will be due in 18 months, both under the bank's $500 million medium-term note program. Both expected issuances together must not exceed ARS 500 million.
