Banco BMG S.A. -- Correction to Text, December 14, 2012 Release: Moody's downgrades Banco BMG's ratings to B1 from Ba3, maintains negative outlook
Sao Paulo, December 17, 2012 -- At the end of the first paragraph, the following sentence was added : "At the same time, Moody's downgraded to B2 from B1 the foreign currency subordinated debt rating assigned to the November 2016 notes issued by Banco de Credito e Varejo (BMG's subsidiary)."
