Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. -- Moody's reviews Auxilium's ratings for upgrade
New York, September 17, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Serviced placed the ratings of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Auxilium") under review for upgrade, including the B3 Corporate Family Rating, B3-PD Probability of Default Rating and Ba3 senior secured rating. This rating action follows the announcement that Endo International plc ("Endo") has made an offer to acquire Auxilium for approximately $2.2 billion including debt refinancing. The Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating is affirmed at SGL-4.
