New York, February 12, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Ba3 issuer rating to Astro AB Borrower, Inc. with a stable outlook. A Ba3 rating was also assigned to the issuer's $220 million Term Loan Facility (1st lien) and $40 million Revolving Credit Facility. Finally, the agency assigned a B1 rating to the issuer's $90 million Term Loan Facility (2nd lien). The predecessor entity to Astro AB Borrower was American Beacon Advisors, Inc., which is now wholly owned by the new entity. The ratings for American Beacon will be withdrawn.
