Zix Strengthens MSP Program

ZixCorp (ZixCorp), (Nasdaq: ZIXI), a leader in email security, has increased the strength of its Channel program through the addition of new solutions for Managed Service Providers and new enhancements that simplify the offering. The program now named ZixPartner provides MSPs with the ability to sell and administer email threat protection and email archiving in addition to the existing email encryption offering. ZixPartner will also now offer MSPs flexible billing, rapid deployment and a centralized management console for administration of all Zix solutions.

MSPs who participate in the ZixPartner program now have four distinct solutions to offer: ZixEncrypt MSP, ZixProtect MSP, ZixProtect Plus MSP, and ZixArchive MSP. However, MSPs do not have to purchase a bundle of all or even some products. They can select individual offerings, allowing them to customize a technology stack to meet the unique needs of their client base.

The threat protection, archiving and encryption solutions have been integrated into a centralized management system along with email encryption. This unified email security management portal has been developed to further simplify managing MSP customers.

Zix has also designed their new MSP products with an increased focus on rapid deployment, so MSPs are able to fully deploy encryption, threat protection, and archiving for any customer in less than 15 minutes! With Zix, MSPs can sell and support comprehensive email security products on demand and in real time.

In order for partners to reap the full value of Zix solutions, the pricing structure has also been revamped and includes monthly and annual billing options. Partners have absolute pricing flexibility over the end price point, allowing them to control their margins, competitively price the solutions and benefit from an even stronger, more profitable partnership.

Threat protection is now available through ZixProtect MSP and ZixProtect Plus MSP. Among the most powerful aspects of ZixProtect is the ability to allow businesses to protect themselves from email threats such as Business Email Compromise, Phishing, Ransomware or Malware campaigns. These technologies empower organizations to identify suspicious emails by examining the email through multiple layers or filtering and machine learning techniques. The suspicious email may then be quarantined, disarmed or segregated to a sandbox so that they can be safely investigated.

ZixArchive MSP, also newly available, makes it easy for enterprises to conduct widespread email archiving in a systematic way. Meeting legal or regulatory requirements for email storage becomes simple and seamless.
